The Greater Phoenix market is currently behaving differently than what we’re experiencing here in Mesa — and that distinction is important.

Across parts of Greater Phoenix, we’re seeing:

However, Mesa tells a more nuanced story.

Locally, supply has remained relatively stable, with only a slight dip in active inventory. While the median sales price experienced a modest decline earlier in the cycle, buyer activity has noticeably increased over the past few weeks.
