“We had the wonderful opportunity of working with Lorraine to purchase our home in Las Sendas. We were impressed with how well she knew the community there and her willingness to help in any way possible. We knew it was as important to her as it was to us that we found the right home. Lorraine was always willing and available to look at homes and to answer any questions that we had. When we found the home that we were interested in she negotiated a great price for us Lorraine has been so helpful every step of the way. Buying a home with Lorraine was a pleasure and stress free. Once we closed on our home her involvement did not end there. She has helped us get utilities set up, find handymen and has answers so many question that we have had. We will forever be grateful that she was our realtor.”

“Lorraine was amazing, caring, understanding and fun! She made this process much easier than I anticipated. When stress was building, she would get me and Wendy laughing. Lorraine also will be honest and upfront with you. I would HIGHLY recommend her!”

“Lorraine was fantastic! We were purchasing a house remotely during the pandemic and without Lorraine, it might never have happened. She worked very hard to help find the right property for us and was our eyes and ears on the ground. She was very responsive to all our questions and had fantastic insight on negotiating the offer. We really appreciate her hard work!”

“Lorraine was an absolute pleasure to work with! As an LGBTQ+ couple its always a little scary to do business with new people. Lorraine was friendly, respectful and SUPER communicative through the whole process. She let us know what she needed from us every step of the way, and went over every aspect of her plan for selling our particular house. After all the fees and everything associated with closing, we still walked away with a lot more money than we originally thought the house would sell for.”

“We lived out of state, and were looking to relocate to Arizona. The realtor helping us sell our out-of-state home recommended Lorraine to us, and we couldn't have picked a better realtor or been more pleased with Lorraine's help. She did a fantastic job helping us find our new home within the very short timeline we had to work with. She was kind, professional, efficient, extremely knowledgeable, and quick to respond to our questions and concerns. She handled all the details perfectly so that everything went smoothly, and we didn't have to worry about anything. We loved working with her and highly recommend her!!”
